Bouquet was released in 2000, celebrating the 50th birthday of the Faroese singer/songwriter Hanus G. Johansen. The live-recording was a result of a collaboration between musicians of to genres: Hanus G. Johansen, a household name in the Faroes, beloved for his music and interpretations and the young and dynamic Aldubáran ensemble. Together they have arranged and recorded a selection of Hanus' original songs to poems by well-known Faroese poets:  Poul F. Joensen, Rikard Long, Hans A. Djurhuus, Bernhard Brim, Tummas N. Djurhuus and Sverri Djurhuus
